  ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS: FISHING
The Karvio rapids running beside the camping site constitute a fishing zone that is cared for by Metsähallitus / Wild North and its open almost all year through. If you dont want to go by car to visit the monastery of
Valamo and the convent of Lintula. You can have a hiking trip there approx. 18km.
We have CANOES and ROWING BOATS to hire.
With our co-operator we can organize different kind of guided boat, fishing, ATV trips etc.
